1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Covlen's website, services, or products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Covlen provides auto loan default insurance for lenders and auto loan payment insurance for borrowers. These insurance products are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific insurance policies issued by Covlen or its partner insurers.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to use Covlen's Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain Services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Covlen immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.  

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Covlen or any third party.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.

• Transmit any viruses or other harmful code.

• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Covlen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of Covlen's intellectual property without its prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Covlen disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.  

8. Limitation of Liability  

In no event shall Covlen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.  

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Covlen and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.  

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.  

11. Changes to Terms

Covlen reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.  

12. Termination

Covlen may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
